Why can?t we leave a review without giving it a star? They deserve none. I was hungry after leaving ALDi grocery shopping and... decided to try for the first time. My food cold . All I asked for was 3 piece chicken wings and fries . My chicken felt andtasted as if it?s been just sitting there and my friends were 20 minutes old I was so disappointed and sad , really for my firsttime?! The employee was nice though and dropped some fresh ones . I?m still not happy. I lost my appetite and didn?t even eatafter that bite . I wish I could give this place 59 stars however I stopped in today for lunch to get lunch for our office staff and I got the... best customer service ever her name was Bestie . ! I told her that she needed to train everybody in the world because theircustomer service was so amazing she even told me how pretty I look today sometimes people just need to hear those kinds ofthings that make their day a much better day she was also a very pretty lady and she had a very pretty personality! And amazingcustomer service we need more people like her I hope you have a good day to Bestie???? I came back about 915 to get dinner formy family and I spoke with Delvin The general manager as late as it was she told me that it would take about 15 to 18 minutesfor them to drop another batch I thought that was great customer service because normally if you come that late other places will tell you that they?re fixing to close but she said no problem I will have you taken care of you pull to the front!! By far the worst Chicken Express I?ve ever been to. I sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes (no exaggeration) with only 3... cars ahead of me, they were out of fries (A fried chicken chain? Out of fries?), didn?t give any ketchup or ask if I wanted it,and after all that they still didn?t give me the correct food that I ordered. Not to mention, the chicken tasted old and driedout, with several of the tenders being super small and mostly breading. Read more
Food: I ?? the chicken strips here, the spicy chicken is marinated and has a great taste to it- very, very flavorful. The fried... pickles and crunchy fries are pretty good, even tried the little seasoning salt packets and WOW do they pack a punch of spice!Sadly, the biscuit was hard and dry- not that great, the gravy was bleh. Store: Clean and tidy except the floors were superslick and greasy which could be dangerous and cause a slip or fall. Read more
The stars for this review are for the employees. They, ALL OF THEM, from the front counter to the person working the... drive-through are outstanding!! After my meal, I was listening to the drive-through operations. Clear, legible and courteousdialogue between employee and customer. From a people side of things it is great to see people working so well together. Now...the food. "Nothing to write home about". The chicken was okay. The coleslaw was delicious but the biscuit was too dryto eat. Two pieces of chicken, coleslaw and a biscuit with a drink was $10.06 total. I would say it's a bit pricey for a singlelunch but the price of chicken today is ridiculous in itself. The inside is clean. There is easy access (a little goofy on exitrequiring attention to a potential undetected vehicle darting from the drive-through). The food alone isn't enough to lure meback again. Read more
