The portion size was large, and the price reasonable. The food was average and the staff, from being seated, to being waited on... was very rude. I ordered the special fried rice it was brown over cooked with huge carrots even soy sauce couldn’t help it. The crab Rangoons... nothing but cream cheese, the other dish something orange was same grease idk… the ribs nothing but bone and burnt. I use toorder from here all the time. The outside needs cleaning up. We had previously driven here with the family but the looks of it deterred us from coming in. ... My husband and I decided to check it out at a different time and it is surprisingly clean inside. Very nice and welcomingatmosphere. Corn and carrot soup was tasty. Man the food here is awesome and they give you a ton for a good price. One is orange chicken and white rice the other is spicy... broccoli and steak. I couldn't even finish my plate and had to save the rest for the next day. That's even after I ate when Igot it and then snacked on it again. That's how generous they are with their portions. It says Montgomerys best chinese restaurant. For me Im sorry to say so, but it was very disapointing. The fried rice was soso,... the special lo mein was kind of ok, though I wont get it again. That spring roll was the best part this time. I rather go toPanda express next time. But get your own experience, just for myself I wont go again. Read more
We use to love China Delight had bad experience last year the food sucked dinner for two. Well today my wife said let’s give... it another try the BBQ ribs where like jerky the sweet and sour chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil maybe fried twicecause the meat was dried and tough the wonton soup no flavor the crab puffs had the taste of old oil with no crab in creamcheese egg roll ok really bland the chicken chow mein was pretty good the food melted the Togo box nothing was fresh like it useto be years ago I considered them the best in Conroe not anymore they got my last dollar I paid 37.00 for this terrible food Ilive to far to take it back. I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and it’s usually pretty good. Everything is always full of flavor, TONS of food and the... price is one of the lowest in the town. I’ve had a few times where I had bad rice or bad chicken but the restaurant was alwayswilling to makeup for it. Would recommend anyone looking for quality Chinese food. Read more
