I will never order or come to this place again. Every time we order online for curbside pickup we never get our food on time. I... always have to go inside and it?s sitting on the shelf with no way of keeping it hot. I walk in and 2 workers are leaned overthe counter talking about another lady that had a to go order that had called back complaining. They thought it was funny thatsomeone had an issue with there food as I stand behind one of them and she?s telling the other lady how she handled the call. Isaid hey if you don?t mind can I have my food sitting behind you. Oh yea we are out of broccoli casserole, I said well no onecontacted me and said anything. We pulled up at 6:37 and put # 3 in and submitted it. Food was suppose to be brought to our carat 6:50 pm. I called the store 8 times in a row and no one would answer the phone. I walked into the store at 7:02 and our foodjust sitting there. We tipped whoever was suppose to bring it out 5.00 and I?m the one that had to go in and get it. I?m sure myfood would have kept sitting there if I had not came in. This place is horrible and the food was cold when we got home. Themeat was too salty and the broccoli was not even cooked. I always enjoy eating at Cracker Barrel. The food is wonderful! The white rocking chairs out front give the place a nice, cozy... feel. The country store is an added bonus with a lot of cool items to look at. The Christmas display is beautiful! A nice outingfor sure! Read more

I don't get how anyone eats their dumplings.... There is zero flavor. It's straight up boiled flour. I didn't even taste salt or... pepper... So very bland. The biscuits and cornbread have zero flavor as well. Strangely while some items have no flavors, their sugar cured ham was so salty, I honestly think I was given the country ham and not sugar cured ham that I ordered....Sovery salty. So not impressed. It's been awhile since I've been to Cracker Barrel, so this was a nice treat. It was a the tail end of an unexpected rush when I... arrived at 10:30 am on a Friday morning, and while the staff still seemed to be generally on top of things, there were somenoticeable cracks that only slightly diminished my dining experience, forcing me to give 4 stars and not 5. I'm sorryy'all. While I didn't really notice it taking longer than usual for my table, just my dad and I, to get my food, when we did getit it was cold. Like the food was warm enough to eat if you had been fasting all day, which we had been, so we ate it. But thehash brown casserole had hard dried out bits to it, not yummy crunchy over cooked cheese, but left out dried out pieces ofpotato and cheese. The pancakes were amazing but would have been better if the butter was able to melt on them, but still thebest pancakes I've had in a while. The staff was amazing and genuinely doing their best. Our waitress especially deserves allthe awards for how amazing she was. Always had us topped up on our coffee and really respected the quiet of our table whilestill checking up on us.
