This place has gone down hill badly. When they opened this location, they were good, but now the coffee, donuts and customer... service have completely changed to awful. Took over 20 minutes for three drinks they kept forgetting existed despite reminding. One of the drinks was both incorrect and a... coupon they charged us money for? The resulting drinks were under sweetened and burnt. I work retail, I really don?t see what?sso hard about this. Read more
It's not hard to provide a good quality breakfast sandwich especially since everything is pre-made for them to slap together.... Why when I order from them is my sandwich burnt? And on top of that not complete? I've never had this issue with a dunkinsbefore. But this location is just disappointing and it's the only one within my driving radius from home to work. I preferdunkins over Starbucks mainly because more bang for your buck but if they continue to mess up my breakfast I have to reconsider. Read more
This Dunkin is bussin!!! I ordered on the app but they were out of the chai tea and my bagel but substituted for those delicious... mini bagels and a vanilla latte! Nice place ,there's Dunkin donuts and basking robins in the same location pretty convenient hangout for friends and family!
I've put up with stale doughnuts and alright coffee from here. The last straw that brought me to reviewing was being handed 4... burnt pucks that are suppose to be the chocolate croissants. They were so cooked, the chocolate was a burnt crust inside. I trynot to give bad reviews but this was very disappointing and I probably won't be back. Read more
We ordered three drinks, a couple of sandwiches, and a dozen donuts for a small family gathering. It took the employees over 15... minutes to pull our order together. This would have been understandable if the place was busy but there was hardly any foottraffic, or drive thru traffic, before and during our visit. At least the frozen coffee and donuts tasted great. The breakfastsandwiches could have been a little better. Thumbs up to the hash browns. Read more
