MUCH, MUCH better than the Humble location. Friendly service & monster tacos were still available. Order was 100% correct,... unlike the Humble location. Fortunately this location is close to our new location, so all is good. Read more
I absolutely love the taco's, I could eat here everyday.
I placed my order using the Jack in the Box app and paid through the app as well. The order was supposed to be ready in 5... minutes. I drove to pick it up and was told that they gave my order to someone else by mistake. What are the odds that anotherRicky Fowler picked up my food within a 10 minute timeframe? So... I had to wait in the drive through line for about 10 minuteswaiting for my food and they did absolutely nothing about the inconvenience and had the nerve to have an attitude with me when Isuggested that they give me an extra taco or SOMETHING to make up for the nearly 20 minute wait time due to their error ofgiving my food to someone else or simply forgetting to prepare my food. Obviously I can afford the entire menu, but the gestureof trying to make up for the inconvenience would have gone a long way. Horrible experience. Read more
