Drinks are always on point while here but I always end up waiting 30 extra minutes for my order even after I complete order... ahead (usually a 10-15 minute wait). Yes this location is busy, but not as busy as other Starbucks I?ve been to. It?s a bitmuch. Read more

Every time I try to give this place a chance they seem to always fail me with their ridiculous slow service whether it is inside... or through the drive thru. Also, everyone who pulls up to the order stand has to wait 10 minutes before taking their order. Read more

Not very clean at all. Ordered 2 Caramel Fraps with Java chips - no Java chips were in them so we had to send them back. Pretty... sure they were made with the wrong syrup as it didn't taste normal; was something smoky tasting, maybe a hazelnut? Didn't feellike bringing the drinks back a second time... Barista ignored my 7yo who told him it was her birthday and wasn't veryfriendly Went the next morning on my commute to work - muffin was squished, coffee didnt have warmer sleeve or a stopper, andeverything felt dirty inside at the counter. Coffee spilt, dirty napkins and the random water bottle lid. If you have the time,avoid this Starbucks and go to the one on Lake Conroe. I'm a regular and they are all so friendly, greet you, and at least feigninterest if nothing else when my kids use their allowance to by a reward. Rarely get orders wrong and keep the place clean.
