I have been coming to this Jack in The Box over these past few years, because of its location and your basic good burger and... fries. Don't know if it has recently changed ownership or management, but unfortunately the quality and taste has gonedrastically much lower than expected. I usually write posts of great spots, but I felt the urge to write so that hopefully theManagement can turn it around and get the business back on the right track. Good luck and best wishes. We noticed this location off the highway, so that's a great convenience. The young lady who took our order was kind and... thorough. The food was okay though. We rolled in around 10 pm, so it was later in the day (they're open until 1 am). Myhusband's burger was lukewarm, so he wasn't happy with his meal. I ordered The Cluck and it had a different flavor, but I ateit. The sandwich didn't have the crispness I was accustomed to. Overall, an okay visit. Read more
Went through the drive through. I was the only vehicle. They told me ?hold on? when I pulled up. Sounded very rushed. Rushed me... through my order. I asked for ketchup. She gave me two. I asked for more and she gave me three. Why the stinginess with theketchup?!!!! She never said thank you and treated me like I was bothering her. Btw the large coke won?t even come close tofitting in my cupholder. I have a brand new vehicle that was made to accommodate that. Y?all need to do some research beforemanufacturing stuff like this. We LOVE this Jack in the Box! We made it a tradition to go every Sunday morning for breakfast. Pilar, one of the workers, is... incredible! She always remembers us, and shares her smile, and makes sure that we have the best service. There has been times wehave literally chosen to go here instead of Wendy's or another place because we know we will be taken care of at Jack In the Boxby her! What a great attitude. Read more
