Staff is friendly and attentive, although I still feel bad for the folks who have to work the later hours, the job is probably... really rough at those times! The food is good, pretty much what I'd expect from a Jack in the Box. Though I do have a fewcomplaints: 1. The Drive-Thru line can get really long. That in itself isn't a problem, but with how slow it can move at times,it eventually turns into one, especially when you've got places to be. Plus, once you enter the Drive-Thru lane, if someonepulls up behind you, you're forced to stay. 2. Not sure if this is a location thing, or just all Jack in the Box locations, butthey increased the price of the Munchie Meals from 6$ to 8$, during all times of the day. I thought the whole point of theMunchie Meal was that it'd be cheaper, 6$, if you picked it up after 9pm lol 3. The mobile app simply stopped working entirelyon my phone, and no matter what kinda fixes I try (updating the app, clearing the cache and data, etc.), it doesn't fix itself.Not really a complaint about the location itself, but yeah. I ordered 4 sausage breakfast jacks and got 1 and 3 ham. Not sure how they can mess that up but it is not the first time.
Went by around 3AM after my work shift, lady I front waited at the speaker about 5 minutes and left. We waited 10 minutes then... went to the window. No one took out order or the lady in front of us. Black car is in the parking lot. All the lights are on.Went back by 3:40AM and still didn?t get helped. Read more
At 10:42 pm on 6/26/22I went to the 242 Jack in the box and the server handling the drive thru was rude and seemed annoyed to... take my order. I tried to order multiple meals, they took the first one then gave me my total and didn?t answer when I tried toget their attention to finish my order. I left without getting me meal due to the poor customer service. Read more

Disappointment. That is what i am expected to expect from this location seeing as how every time I come to this particular... location at night after work, something is wrong. Without fail. Fries are over cooked. Burger made wrong. Missing items. Todayparticularly I have curly fries that taste and FEEL like they have been sitting for well more than the standard 30 minutes. Andmy loaded fries are obviously old as well. Again, I am disappointed and I hope everyone else who stops here late at night don'texpect anything good. I will say this, day crew is at least decent, their foods more edible than night shift. I think nightshift lazy. Update: 24 September 2018 Went to this very same jack in the box (only because its the only one on the way homefrom work) last night around 11:16. I ordered a LG fry no salt, 3 egg rolls, and the wakey bakey hash thing. I got home and(you'll see in the new pictures) one of the egg rolls was... I really don't know, blackened, I just feel that if it made it intothe box, unless a blind person did it, it should have been seen and replaced immediately. The wakey valet however... The hashbrowns looked like they were made hours before I placed my order, the egg was not cooked completely and there was almost nobacon on it. The only good thing is that they're smart enough to make fresh fries with no salt instead of serving over saltedfries. I will be calling the assistant manager Emma to talk about this. Read more
