Hello, today I ordered from your app on 6/25/22 around 6:40 pm to be picked up at 812 S Frazier St Conroe TX 77301 I showed up... to pick up my order and your employee (young Hispanic male I didn?t get his name) told me my order didn?t show up on theirsystem and kept giggling throughout the transaction. So I proceeded to replace my order again at the drive thru window which theemployee kept making me repeat my order 3 times because he couldn?t remember it(I believe he may have been intoxicated). I toldby the employee to come back in 10 - 15. I came back in 15 minutes and I was told they forgot to place my order in the oven. Iasked for a refund and I was told they do not give refunds by the manager. I waited for my order and the manager stated I couldhave a free 2 liter drink. Which I was going to take but I put it back. I do not want anything I just wanted to let you know sothis type of service doesn?t happen to people in the future. I will never return to this location in my life.
