I purchased a pepperoni pizza and was in and out of there in less than three minutes. I grabbed a slice from the box before I... left the parking lot and it was hot like it was fresh out of the oven. Good when they employees mess up they don't believe in refunding you your money back or trying to use your discount on your next... order I can tell you that I talked to the Head supervisor today and I had gotten some wings and it wasn't done and I told himabout it and he told me that he was sorry but if I got some more he would cook them okay I bought some more but still he didn'ttry to offer me no discount until ma'am him let you have these since you went satisfied with the others so I tell anybody if yougo to the cheese pizza make sure your stuff is done cuz they don't believe me giving money back or giving some kind of discountin regards to where they messed up so I'm just letting you know thank you and tasty Read more
Hello, today I ordered from your app on 6/25/22 around 6:40 pm to be picked up at 812 S Frazier St Conroe TX 77301 I showed up... to pick up my order and your employee (young Hispanic male I didn?t get his name) told me my order didn?t show up on theirsystem and kept giggling throughout the transaction. So I proceeded to replace my order again at the drive thru window which theemployee kept making me repeat my order 3 times because he couldn?t remember it(I believe he may have been intoxicated). I toldby the employee to come back in 10 - 15. I came back in 15 minutes and I was told they forgot to place my order in the oven. Iasked for a refund and I was told they do not give refunds by the manager. I waited for my order and the manager stated I couldhave a free 2 liter drink. Which I was going to take but I put it back. I do not want anything I just wanted to let you know sothis type of service doesn?t happen to people in the future. I will never return to this location in my life. Absolutely awful service. We phone ordered 4 pizzas to be courteous and the guy told us 10 minutes. We showed up well 20 minutes... later and pizzas were still not ready. They hadn?t even put them in oven. We pulled around front and manger told us it wouldeven be longer & ALL with an attitude. I understand this is not a fancy restaurant but We will never be back.
