Picked up a to-go order - $70 for 4 sandwiches and 4 drinks - there were no pickles in any of the boxes, no utensils and no... napkins. (YES, I did include the pickles when I ordered.) If I'm spending that much on lunch, I would like to have everythingincluded in my order. Too far away to go back and have them fix it - 35 minutes each way. DO BETTER McAlisters!! Read more
I was just telling one of our staff members when doing training that you hardly see good customer service anymore. It doesn't... take much to give great service but Kayla on the phone and Jaryah at the window were outstanding and genuine. Employees likethat are priceless. By reading another comment on here seems like these employees don't like door dash nor uber eats drivers. I had my bad... experience with them today. Female employee was going off on me just because I showed her the customers name I was picking upwith my phone which I do because most restaurant employees can't hear me. She made a whole scene about it saying I was flashingmy phone at her. I had to return the food just because of her and walked out. If they don't like doing services with delivery Ithink they should bring it upon corporate instead of taking out on the driver's. It makes our job easier if these restaurantemployees actually cared about every service they provide including delivery. Read more

Only thing good about this restaurant is the iced tea. Disappointed to pay almost $14 for half of a sandwich and cup of soup.... Barely had any chicken salad on my sandwich and the soup was not edible. Read more
As a newer establishment they do have some staffing training to work on. My food has always been prepared correctly and quickly.... The sweet tea is one of the best around. Smooth and not syrupy sweet. The pick up window is not a drive through ordering window.You place your order online and pick it up at the window. Those not doing so correctly make the line slow. I like the variety ofsides that are not your "same old same old" choices. Those of us with kids have a Mac and Cheese option on the menu. I will bereturning when in the area. Read more
Could speed up the to go orders. I?ve been waiting more than 10 minutes on a salad ???? Management is awesome and friendly. She... was checking on tables and cleaning up. I saw her interacting with multiple people as she wiped tables down. I will come backand see how the speed is for dine in. Read more
This location is THE BEST of any other I have been to. French Dip is perfection. Club is awesome too. Wifey loves the choose... two ....hers is soup and salad. We go every Saturday! Read more
