Not the type to right a review at all but bro they really messed it up this time, I ordered 2 chicken McGriddles since that?s... one of the very few breakfast items I can eat? and I trust people a lot so I trusted that my 2 chicken McGriddles were in thebag and I made it to work and I found only one bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I can?t even get a refund since the store is farfrom my job and it?s just a waste of gas and money that I don?t have, and I?m disappointed since I won?t be able to eat since Ican?t eat pork lmao. Typical roadside McDonalds. Very crowded and busy location. Staff & service as expected - not bad, but not good either. Parking... lot is difficult to exit due to road traffic. Location seems to attract a number of homeless people (at least when I visited). Read more

Easy access from I45 North .. However this location is mostly sub standard... The location on 336 north loop usually makes... better food and their Ice Cream machine is broken less often.. I would avoid this location if possible.... Lots of problems Read more
I was in the drive thru when I went to pay for my order I handed the cashier my debit card but they only gave me back the... receipt he didn't give me back my card. the manager came and they said he didn't have my card. I know I didn't get it back. Isearched in the car in my wallet and the bag and outside the drive-thru window to see if it fell. It's nowhere to be found. Icancelled the card when the manager asked me to pull up to the next window and I waited for 20 minutes and he didn't come backto talk to me. Real shady. I mean in today's age what could u get from taking a debit card I reported my as stolen to the bank. Read more
It?s a hit and miss with this location. The afternoon managers and crew play too much and simply are nonchalant to how angry the... customers are. I?ve seen customers upset because they were forgotten in the drive thru. I?ve had a personal experience where I?mstanding in front counter and one of the managers looks right at me and doesn?t tell the front counter employee to come attendme. Instead the front counter girl is huddled by the pick up area with another manager laughing and playing around. That samemanager asked a drive thru employee to call out my number for my order? Window employees always have an attitude anytime I comeby during lunch or dinner time. The general manager needs to step up and hire faster, and friendlier crew members. Read more
