I use cash on road trips... No one greeted anyone. Just yelled order number blah blah... then turned and left to back to making... food. RUDE. No one came to take my order. So I just ordered coffee and skipped the food. I had to use that self order check out.Then wait for what seemed like a long time. (While staff talked to each other and joked around, with the guy in the red shirt.) When the young man finally came to give me my coffee he rolled his eyes at me with attitude and asked me to pay for my items.Which I did with cash. I don't like that kind of lack of service. I rarely go to mcdonalds. This is why, I only order 1 thing when I go.. Sausage Egg McMuffin.. now im not trynna sound like that... guy but I order that.. granted its the morning and I don't speak loudly as is.. but the hispanic lady at the front rings up asausage muffin, I hear the price and its cheaper.. I dont think much of it its the Thanksgiving morning.. I check the receiptand request the Egg.. the lady proceeds to tell me I didn't order said egg.. suffice to say she made a big deal over it,continuing to tell me I didn't order it. I'm speaking clear English *granted not very loud*.. I'm not mad at about the mix upits the follow up energy of her poor service in the mistake. She waves me off, who cares.. but the service energy seems to beskewed ???? do not recommend this McDonald's.. Chic-Fil-A seems the only fast food establishment that cares about customerservice. Last two visits have been abysmal. They added kiosks after their remodel and the employees ignored everyone who tried to order... at the counter during my walk in visit. Today I tried my luck at the drive thru and was met with a 17 minute wait time and anemployee with no customer service skills who had no idea what I had ordered when I finally reached the window. Just veryfrustrating and disappointing. Can't really speak on the food because it wasn't for me and they don't have anything on theirmenu I can safely eat. Read more
Kudos to the teens doing their best to keep the line miving
They were not extremely busy when we went drive-thru. They got our order wrong but didn't charge for it. Still, that's... frustrating. Maybe I'll have better luck next time. Read more
