Customer service is slow sometimes due to the fact that sometimes it gets really busy and they are understaffed so it takes a... little bit longer to get to the phones and take orders and satisfy the customer. Very slow service. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Check out nearby PizzaHut or Domino's.... Much better service there. Read more
So have had pizza here on and off for last 20 yrs. Honestly was not that impressed with this experience. The pizza was hot and... seemed fresh but just was not the usual great pizza, I mean it was edible, but not great pizza like I use to expect from them.Tried the jalapeno popper bites and they were kinda nasty and I usually love things like that. I called to place an order on a Monday night at 8:00pm. It took 5 minutes for someone to answer the phone, and when someone... finally did pick up, I was put on hold for at least 10 minutes. While I waited, I ended up ordering from Pizza Hut next door. Noone ever picked up the phone, I just hung up. Read more
I had the taste for a small cheese pizza. I love their garlic dipping sauce however the price I paid for a small cheese pizza... was .($11-$12)...ugh.... I could've stopped somewhere else that has 3 letters and got the same size pizza with unlimitedtoppings for less. Read more
I gave it a 1 because I can?t give it a 0. Never and I mean never have I had such horrible customer service. I understand it?s... Saturday and it?s busy, but I was patient and waited the 45 min for my pizza only for it to never be delivered and the appsaying it was. When I called I was put on hold and disconnected 3 times. When I called for the 4th time and said the gentlemanwas getting a manager to help with my order, Nathan informed me they were busy and the manager was too busy. He agreed to refundmy order but honestly I just wanted to find out if he could see where it was delivered because I live in a new development andwanted to be able to give better directions next time.
