Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with (extra) chicken, ham on half and olives w/ 2sides if marinara. The marinara cups are... half the size of what i normally recieve at other pizza huts and twice the price. There was not extra chicken at all. Barely anychicken actually. There was ham on all but literally two slices. One of those slices had a piece of pineapple on it. Why and howis literally all i have to say about that. Only reason they arent getting 1star is because they offer a military discount andthe pizza still tastes good. The employees just can't follow instructions and think its okay to serve ingredients that weren'tordered and could cause an allergic reaction. Not the best choice. As far as i have experienced all of the pizza huts in conroesuck. No wonder they don't exist in eastern oregon anymore. Read more
They constantly forget half my order. About 90% of the time they get my order wrong. This is the reason why fast food preparer?s... should not get $15/hr! I worked at Pizza Hut when I was 17 as a Assistant Manager. I didn?t even make $10/hr but I would havenever let customer service decline like this. If I could them no stars I would. I ordered my pizza online went and picked it up. When I got home there was hair on food I took... a picture then I tried to call the store for over 20 minutes. Finally someone answered and said ? I reassure you there is nohair on your food? proceeding to say if you bring it up and show us we will remake it. Well I go up there with the food and Ishowed them the hair on my pizza. Again calling me and my husband a liar and refusing to make my food. Will Never order from orrecommend them. Then they proceeded to threaten to call the cops and take pictures of my vehicle because they didn?t want toremake food. Pictures below. Read more

Always order from here and usually I get great service. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. I ordered wings, pizza, and... also used some rewards that I had. My pregnant wife wanted traditional wings but they were out of stock. So we order buffalomedium boneless, and get them plain. I call and get told "do you want credit or we can take you the sauce." I'm in awe at thethe fact that they would offer to bring me sauce to put on cold wings by the time they get here to correct their mistake. I found a coupon on the site, placed an online order, and it was ready for pickup in about ten minutes. I am happy I saved some... money and got to enjoy a delicious pizza. Great drink options in my opinion because I love the Izze sparkling drinks. Also, thestaff was super friendly which is always a plus.
