Very accommodating. My daughter is Gluten free, celiac. Highly sensitive to cross contamination. Explained that to the waiter.... He made sure we ordered items without soy sauce, not fried in common fryer. They especially made us egg foo young with whitegravy. Okay so first time visit and we did take out. The orange, sesame and general tso were good and the price was comparable to other... places around. The spring rolls were bland and the fried rice was okay. We also bought Noddles, two types. I got the veggie lomein Noddles and unfortunately the dish was mostly large chunks of veggies very few Noddles, so the price was to high for thisquality. The most disappointing item was the Singapore Noddles, for a price of 13.95, which is the highest price item webought, I was hoping for not only more in the way of taste but they were also very dry. I never wrote any unpleasant reviews about any business, I always try to find understandable situations for the owners or... service persons. This time I feel I have the obligation to share my bad experiences in order to help the majority be healthy! Ihave been to this restaurant 3 times, last night the foot really made me feel sick for a long time. I ordered "Red PhoenixImperial" Jumbo shrimp, scallops and chicken tender sauteed with snow peas, mushroom, carrots and broccoli in soy-gingersauce. At The beginning of eating, I noticed it wasn't cooked well, and asked the manager, she explained that it was normal. Ifelt I should not bother them and kept eating half of it, on the way home I felt something wrong with my stomach, I had to restmyself on the coach after I got home, middle of night I threw up and had a bad headache too. 2 am now, my stomach tells me Ineed to write about my bad experiences in order to prevent others from suffering unknowingly, Seafood didn't cook well, whichwasn't healthy for anyone. Especially they didn't add real ginger or garlic, or onion or green onion. This restaurant didn'tcook real Chinese food. Because the lady said they have been there over 17 years? They trained those "Chef" Over 17 years? Shesaid the Chinese chef didn't like to cook there? Why? They use Chinese Food names as Chinese Restaurant, Hire unqualified orcheaper "Chef" to Cook faked Chinese food to fool the majority of Americans ! I'm not a chef, but I always use Ginger or Garlic,or green onion if I cook Seafood, in order to prevent the stomach from getting sick. But last night My Seafood combination theredidn't use any of those spices for health issues or for tasty , especially because they didn't cook well. I really Hope theOwner Can Teach "Chef" there to use Ginger or Garlic, or onion for their Seafood in order to prevent their customers fromgetting stomach sick slowly in case it doesn't cook well or Seafood isn't fresh.. Tried this place today after my son asked for General Tso chicken. The pieces of chicken were actually generous portions coated... with a light batter, unlike many other places that give mostly breading. I had the shrimp fried rice and added veggies. Theveggies were flavorful and fresh. We also ordered a kids meal chicken nugget and it was served with rice and potato chips. Myfriend other son really liked it. If I could give this place more than 10 stars, I would. The paper towels in the bathroom were amazing. I was ecstatic about the... thickness. I only needed to use one to dry my hands, but I used 5 anyway! I felt like a child on Christmas morning! Justamazing. Wow! Read more
