Above and beyond great service by the manager, Jamie. Ordered online and hubs ordered Brooklyn style pizza. We were having a... hard day dealing with my newborn son's diagnosis at TCH, and she offered us drinks, warm water for my son's formula, andapologized for the wait. Our waitress Jamie was awesome, service was a little slow but she was all by herself and there were two big parties. The food... was delicious but came out very slow and by the time some people got their food, other part members were done and had beensitting for a while. We had 8 people in our party so the kitchen needs to step it up and get everyone's meals out within adecent time between not 10-15 between each dish. First time here for dinner. They bring lots of bread with olive oil pesto, very tasty but don't eat it all or you won't be able... to finish dinner. Pizza was awesome! Russo's graciously helped us with our student organization fundraiser. Good Italian food with a fancier setup. Prices are a... little higher but portions are good, variety is nice, you can make your own pizza, and they have this fun gigantic pizza slice!Bonus: I'd left something important behind by mistake and they held on to it for me so I could pick it up later. They have Gluten Free Pasta which was a plus. The food was very delicious their sauces are made separately and tasty.. the... portions are big my dish lasted me for 2 days leftover... the waitress was very polite and accommodating.. should try if you'rein conroe area.. Read more

We really enjoyed the mozzarella cheese sticks, the trio, and chocolate truffle cake. The gnocchi pesto was yummy ???? I was so... looking forward to this place after so many applauded the service but my server with the purple extensions wasn’t great. Shewasn’t rude but definitely not friendly. She didn’t bring us any appetizer plates, we had to ask for refills when the glasswas empty and she rushed us out even though we had told her we wanted to take pizza to go. We ordered all 3 courses evendessert. In the end we decided not to grab the pizza since she forced the bill on us even though we were still finishing ourdessert.
