Cleanest Tbell in Conroe. But, this is the 3rd time that I?ve made a mobile order and arrived here at around 10 am and the door... has been locked. Drove through drive through and no one answered, pulled up to the window and nothing. I?ve had to call thisstore 3 separate occasions to ask if they were even open. Order is never tight even tho it?s a mobile order. Hard to justifyeven coming to this location. Read more

It?s always hit and miss with this store. Some days pretty good. Other days are horrible. Stay away from their breakfast time.... No one cares enough to cook right or create what you ordered properly. Over all, a bunch of kids run it and that?s including themanager LOL. Done with this location. Read more

Absolutely horrible service. Waited in line for 15 minutes and when they finally brought the order out.. IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER.... Then had to go around the front when the brought my food.. BUT FORGOT THE DRINKS. while they were going to get the drinks Ilooked to make sure my order was right. And sure enough it wasn?t. Had to go in the store to make sure I got everything I PAIDFOR. This Taco Bell that I stop by a couple times a week for my wife and I on League Line Rd has a drive through cashier by the name... Elijah. Elijah is very professional and has the best attitude that I?ve ever seen in any fast food place. I highly recommendstopping by and witness this outstanding customer service rep. Also I recommend for management to start taking a look at thisgentleman for a higher position with Taco Bell. I?ve spent the last 15 yrs managing a retail store in customer service andpeople like Elijah are very hard to come by these days. I recommend putting him into management! Awful, just awful. Worst experience I've had at any fast food establishment EVER. Another customer and I waited 16 minutes to be... even recognized by an employee that we were waiting to be served. I placed an online order already so I literally should havejust been able to pick my order up and go, but after waiting 20 minutes in the line I was told my order had been lost which Iwas told is common and it could take even longer for them to receive it. As I tried to find my order in the app, the employeejust walked away from me and I was left waiting again. Literally no initiative to try and help find a solution. It was just"wait for it to come in" basically. At this point I had been waiting like an hour for food because I had came from anothernearby Taco Bell that was having issues with staff and inventory. Only reason I was so persistently waiting was because I was ona long drive and kinda had no other choice. Given that I had an online order that from my end was already completed, I couldntsimply cancel it and payment had already been made. 15 minutes later someone called my name to tell me that my order wasFINALLY being prepared. Well, not really because she just walked away from her station for another 10 minutes. Then finally cameback and was making my food. Upon getting my food the employee walked away and didn't give me my drink or cup. Had to request,fine whatever simple mistake. But it just adds to the absolute mediocrity of service. Upon eating the food there were severelack of portions and no care was made to spread the already horribly small portions around. Do you like having a bite full ofsour cream only? To make things worse, the food didn't even taste right. Like even the wrong things were added. You couldn'tpay me to give this place another chance. Huge waste of my time. Read more

I have been asked during multiple visits to wait before I pull up to the drive through window because they want to ?keep their... times low?? okay??? It?s skewing their numbers! Because the drive through line is LONG. I don?t really mind waiting, but tofudge your statistics so the restaurant?s performance looks better is unethical. I was told there were only three workers whichis honestly unacceptable. How are the workers expected to keep their wait times low if they are understaffed? Other reviewersmentioned wrong orders and forgotten sauce, which I can definitely attest to. Truly frustrating. Read more
