I have waited for over 30 minutes at the pick up window without my food. I called the store and the rude lady hung up on me.... This is a terrible location. For the time it?s taking I could have sat down at a restaurant. They could give me a refund and I?dbe on my way. TERRIBLE customer service. Update it ended up being almost an hour to get my food without anyone attending to thewindow during that time. The lady that finally gave me my food had a poor attitude because all of the people behind me had beencalling in too. Read more
Food not bad but just not my favorite. They ran out of sweet tea and the cashier had a line of people out to the door so I told... the bartender they were out of sweet tea and his response was the cashier will get to it. We never got a refill for our sweettea and keep in mind the cashier was jumping through hoops trying to take orders for a line of I would say about 50 people whilethe bartender stood around doing nothing. Was super happy to see vegan options. Tried the mofaux If you like wet tacos, then this is for you. Was not however, for me ..... but it's really pretty. I'm sure we will be back to try something different in the future. The staff was friendly and the placewas clean. Read more
