I have waited for over 30 minutes at the pick up window without my food. I called the store and the rude lady hung up on me.... This is a terrible location. For the time it?s taking I could have sat down at a restaurant. They could give me a refund and I?dbe on my way. TERRIBLE customer service. Update it ended up being almost an hour to get my food without anyone attending to thewindow during that time. The lady that finally gave me my food had a poor attitude because all of the people behind me had beencalling in too. Read more
Food not bad but just not my favorite. They ran out of sweet tea and the cashier had a line of people out to the door so I told... the bartender they were out of sweet tea and his response was the cashier will get to it. We never got a refill for our sweettea and keep in mind the cashier was jumping through hoops trying to take orders for a line of I would say about 50 people whilethe bartender stood around doing nothing. Im Hispanic and this is not Mexican food. Go to taco veloz for authenticity I paid $4 for 1 Republican taco that has a piece of... a sausage and cheese. The corn tasted burnt. The salsa is not even spicy. Did I mention we waited for 30 mins for a $27 order. Ifeel like I wasted my money and definitely won't be coming back. Love the trashy trailer park tacos!! So yummy! Their Lil' nookies are great too, just very rich so be forewarned. The reason... for only 4 stars is because I have had multiple times trying to call in order and no one ever answers. I have let it ring for10 min before while driving there lol. I know u can order online but that is not convenient if u are driving. And if u plan togo through drive thru plan on waiting 10 min or more for someone to bring food out to u. Read more
