Wouldn't give any stars if it was possible. My husband ordered online and paid $33.50, I showed up to pick up the order and the... cashier tells me they don't have an order for him, she asked if I had the order number, I called my husband gave her the ordernumber, she says there is no order number, another employee comes over and says to me you cant have an online order b/c you cantorder online for pickup for this location you can only order through door dash (we dont use door dash), then she says have himtext you the online receipt so I do, then another gentlemen comes over, takes my phone looks at the receipt and says sorry it'shard to read (really b/c its their website with our whole order on it and how much we paid with our card, it's all on it. I toldhim, ya'll asked for the order number, I gave you the order number, then you asked to see the online receipt. I'm showing it toyou and he says yes but this isn't proof you ordered it here (really? What does it mean then?).... at this time I am fed up withthe attitudes and the dismissive behavior of the staff b/c they have our money already and I gave them proof of everything theyasked for and they treated me horribly and in front of other customers, so I left. I called my husband and told him I don't havethe food and what happened and how they treated me, he called the store directly and asked them to refund the money and theagreed to and said it would take 5-7 days well it's been more than that now and still no money back on our card.... we willnever be going back to this establishment and for the rest of you be careful ordering online there b/c according to their staffthey don't do online orders!!! Got wings from them recently. They were over cooked. Hard and very greasy. The sauce didnt cover the wings it was just poured... over some of them. Very disappointing and mediocre. Won't be going back to that location. And can't use the excuse they werebusy. NOBODY WAS THERE EXCEPT THE WORKERS. Now i see why. Read more
This Wingstop needs more management or they need to hire more adults. These kids be messing around to much and not taking their... job serious while there?s always a line out the door. I know they need jobs but we want our food at a reasonable time it doesn?ttake that long to fry some dam wings and fries. Read more
Horrible burnt fries, I was told to just eat them anyway by the employee, sad to say I will not be returning here. When you... advertise something your product should at least be close,and when it's not you could at least make it right. Really ...just eatthem ... is what I was told by the employee, not to mention the cook was wearing pajama pants and not a hair net in site. Therestroom door is also broke. Read more
Had to drive back up there because they didn't add any sauce with the wings. Lady on the phone sounded annoyed I even called.... Guess she rather me eat them dry then do her VERY easy job. Her attitude is why I won't be back. Not the mistake. Read more
Awesome wings. Haven't been here in a million years it seems. We got lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, atomic and spicy Korean...... Bought the 40 $ family pack. Comes with 1 dipping sauce per wing order and a large side of fries and carrots and celery. Read more
Second time getting food at this location. Second time they get my order wrong. Seriously frustrating! I guess when you ask for... extra seasoning they understand you want NO seasoning. Fries literally have no seasoning and I was very specific with my order.EXTRA SEASONING on fries. Almost every other wingstop can get this right. This place is a little hidden but still pretty easy to get to and have some great wings. The beverage stand is in the way and... seems like it could be located in a better place. Also, trash cans were not easily accessible and hope this gets addressed. Thewings did taste great after the standard 20 minute wait, but with the limited staff they did a great job. Hope to see it betterstaffed the next time I visit this wing place. Read more
