Stopped on our long road trip home. Drive thru was super long and waiting was slow. Whether they were understaffed or just... overwhelmed, they did manage to get our order correct. Read more
I?ll tell you why, although I waited for a solid 3-5 minutes in the drive through before a wonderful woman took my order (during... the evening around 7:20 pm on August 5th, 2022) she was a pure delight. She took my weirdish order, was super kind about it andstraight with me that she had to recap what I said, I totally understood and really appreciated it. She also understood myrequest of the large fruit punch I wanted but with water in it. She does the same thing and made it perfectly. My order was alsoperfectly made when we received it. The fries were hot and crunchy and perfectly salted and the burgers were big and made toorder. The chicken Sandwich was perfectly made with quality lettuce and perfectly cooked. I was very happy and pleased. Thewoman in the drive through, I wish I had her name, was so polite and wonderful and relatable. And even peeking in, the otherperson I saw, a gentleman, looked happy. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits that day and the food was made with love. If Ilived close, I?d go back if I knew it was that crew. They did it right. Sometimes this Burger King is fast and efficient and gets my order right. Other times they get my order wrong, and they're slow... and inefficient. At lunch time on 6-28-2022 I tried going in to the restaurant, but the doors were locked with a sign that saidall customers must use the drive-through. I'm only giving 3 stars for this restaurant because it's sometimes good, but othertimes it's a frustrating experience. Read more
I was so hungry and ordered double whopper with cheese and onion rings.. guess what sauce I did not get for onion rings, just... like the cheese. I got neither with my meal. Drive through only. No I side service Read more
The five stars here are for Anna the cook, who went above and beyond and made sure my Whopper was made correctly and even... offered condiments to adjust it to my liking. It's very rare for a cook to care about an individual order, but she did.Excellent customer service and professionalism. Read more
