This store is terrible. I ordered 3 pizzas and had to cancel the order after hour and half as never made it past ?quality check?... on the tracker. Thought I?d give them one more shot a couple days later and I am waiting here one hour stuck on ?prep? on thetracker and have been on hold for 20 mins to speak to manager to cancel the order. Terrible. Felt I was lied to or excuses. 720 pm I ordered and repeated my address 3 times including my apt complex a mile away.... Quoted 35 min an hour later I called and the woman said pizza is with driver. 30 min later I called a guy answered and saidorder never made . I was told they had me at 13,600 Fayette St instead of 1300 which by the way I've order several times . Thedude was not apologetic and was full of excuses and said I'm canceling your order.At this point 90 plus min I'm hungry and angryso I called to speak to a manager and was hung up on I believe cus it rang and then click. I called again to speak to managerwho was too busy to talk to. I said I think a discount would be more than fair.i offered a side for next time.. what aninsult..Too many things went wrong and could of been corrected.. Will not go back to this store, a lady (looks like one in charge) didn't allow me to add my other two toppings because I forgot... to add them when I placed the order on line. All she could do is yell n talk so loud to me as if i was a employee( i feel badfor the workers to have such a loudmouth at a workplace). She had not a bit of consideration and even wouldn't listen to myreason. I went to the store to pick up in not more than 6mins and my pizza was already in the oven so super fast, but when I wasplacing the order it said my wait time was between 30 - 40 mins for pickup. So i was hoping to be able to correct my error inperson. Very upsetting and won't visit this store only to avoid dealing with this lady. it took 3.5 hours for them to tell us that out order ? wasn?t for delivery? when it clearly appeared that way on the website .... The phone operator was EXTREMELY rude and should be fired. this whole store is a embarrassing show. Read more
Delivered fast and on time, driver was very friendly and professional. Lived nearby for several months and this is the only... place that has not disappointed my family. Great job???? Read more
This is literally the worst dominos I?ve ever been to. I get that mistakes occasion happen and am typically very forgiving. In... the case of this domino?s, though, you are pretty much guaranteed to have a problem. Whether they mess up a topping, bring thewrong order, forget an item you ordered, undercook the pizza, forget to cut the pizza, or (yes this really happened) just flatout not deliver your order at all and then take the phones off the hook? it?s always something. Why do I keep ordering youwonder? My kids love dominos and pizza options in conshy are not great. I cannot believe I?m even taking the time to write areview but if it helps anyone at all it?s worth it because it?s almost like their goal is to mess up and don?t want your orderanyway. Read more
So today I ordered a pizza and wings through the dominoes app where it states that if I do curbside pickup and they have not... delivered my food to the car in 2 minutes or less that I would receive a free pizza for my next order. I arrived at theConshohocken ridge pike dominoes at 7:20 pm and alerted the app that I was there the timer on the app began to countdown and at7:21 the dominoes crew had stopped my timer with 1:22 minute left. I did not receive my pizza until 7:26 pm so it was to mysurprise when ?Manager? Hope told me that I could not receive a free pizza because it was not there policy at dominoes that itwas ?only a dominoes app thing? is what she said and that there is nothing she can do about it. The app was not able to give mea free pizza because she stopped the timer from counting down to my free pizza. I am very bother and disappointed with howeverything was handled and will definitely think twice before I order from this dominoes again. Thank you Manager Hope for allthe help you did not give me. Worst dominos, i would rather get 7/11 pizza than dominos. Service is terrible, foods always takes 2 hours or more to be... delivered, somestimes cold, sometimes not even the right order. Disrespecful staff. Not worth my money. Or anyones. Read more
