Half the menu, including "new specials" were out of stock. Dine in was given take out containers due to "short staff" not being... able to wash the dishes while the cashier was on her phone behind the counter. No ice in machine, but it was sitting in a bowl,on a table, with a communal scoop. Warm sodas with no carbonation in any flavor. Overall worst location yet. Read more
Don?t mobile order. Order on the tablets in person and you will get your food the fastest. Not too busy at lunch time.
I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and what they served me was basically two pieces of bread. It had no chicken in it. It's unconscionable that your business would charge $10 for MICROWAVED Mac and Cheese--especially as a company that claims ad... nauseum to be "fresh" and healthy. And please don't tell me the pandemic or "supply issues" are making it difficult to sourcemacaroni that costs you, what, a dime? Twenty cents? The margins on this item must be >1000%. Instead of praising yourself forhow healthy your food is for your customers, how about you first care about our wallets? Waited 30+ minutes for a n order, when I finally said enough because so many orders came after mine and went out before mine.... I?m not sure if the short hair African American lady was manager a but she was a weirdo and kept saying my order coming butproducing nothing like I said people was coming in after me and leave with they order before me. She was unprofessional anddisrespectful and told me leave the store. Thing about job I wasn?t disrespectful I was patient enough to wait 30mins after thatwhen I got annoyed. I have been coming to this location for a long time and recently have noticed that they are short staffed. But despite being... short staffed while the foot traffic stays the same, they still have a smile on their faces, especially the manager Sean. I seehim there A LOT and he definitely STEPS UP as a manager should. He helps where ever help is needed and is always polite andfriendly even when some customers are not. I hope Panera doesn't loose him!! Read more
Customer Service Excellence Award for Christina . I went in to pickup an order that my partner placed and immediately was... greeted by Christina who offered to help me find my order . Upon not finding it she went into the system to look for the nameand after not finding it suspected I might be at the wrong store . After confirming we sent the order to thr wrong store andgetting ready to leave and go drive another 8+ miles . Christina took it upon her self to take my order at her store and to topit all off not charge us . The professionalism and politeness she displayed was exceptional while being 4-5 tickets in and busydinner rush . Lucky You Panera Read more
