Just got a Asiago Chicken club it was cold. Waited 20 mins in drive through line. Biting into an almost ice cold chicken... sandwich is disgusting. Was told I'd have to get back in line. Do better. Read more
Quality of food can vary but the employees are very kind and on top of things for the most part. Not my favorite Wendy's... location but I think they've generally gone a bit downhill across the board since the pandemic. Read more
Drivethru line very long, not moving while employees sitting around playing on phone inside building, terrible customer service
Stopped by here before we went for a movie (walking distance from Regal). Food was served quickly and the drive through cashier... was cheerful and kept the spirits up. Lots of parking available. Read more
I've come here 3-4 times in the last month, and while it's not a perfect Wendy's, it's easily 2x better than any of the abysmal... fast food choices in the area. This one always seems fully-staffed, which might be the key. Read more
Didn't like the fact that dine-in didn't open till 10:00 am. I had to give my order standing in front of the drive thru window.... And then the girl got my order wrong; she missed that I wanted a small coffee with cream and sugar along w/my egg and cheese. Wehad to eat everything outside, luckily the had tables and chairs out there with umbrella because it was sweltering outside. Thepeople were nice about it tho, I'll give them that. Read more
Decided to do a late night order online for this Wendy's. It was the first time I ever ordered anything on my phone for a... Wendy's. The app was great. We have rewards now. We also have lots of different offers on there to choose from. The lady isworking we're very good and explained to us that they don't start chicken until we get there so it takes an extra 6 minutes.That was the best 6 minute wait I ever had. By the time I got home those chicken sandwiches were crunchy and super hot. The foodthat came along with it was also at a great temperature. Thank you so much for building up my faith in Wendy's again. Againthose two ladies I wish I had their name and whoever made our food did a great job. I will be going there again and again andagain. Was a hit or miss kind of store but just after a recent trip and found hair in my food and still havnt gotten a response back... from the company. Never going back again. Read more
