I have had lunch here twice now and really like the wings. The first time they were out of a few of the sauces so we tried the... non-spicy ones. They were ok but the second time we were able to get the Korean BBQ, Hickory BBQ, and Mango Habanero. All 3 ofthose sauces are really good and the boneless wings were much larger this time. Overall a good wing place. The sauces are lesshot than their scale implies but still quite tasty. I reccomend it! Read more
I want to give this place a better review but it just doesn?t cut it. Since opening, it lacks professionalism and efficiency. I... try to be completely fair in my reviews and give credit where credit is due, but before you spend your money please be awarethat you may not get the best service and will potentially have to wait an hour or more. I would recommend another Wingstop orjust another restaurant altogether. This particular location just isn?t worth the time and headache. I have been multiple timesand each time there are employees who don?t seem to care about customers, their own job, and don?t really seem to have basiccommon sense. My husband and I, along with a long line of other people, enter the restaurant and and no one acknowledges us, weorder to eat at the restaurant and wait patiently for 1 hour for our food after being told 20min. We check on the wait only tofind out that our now cold food has been in a bag sitting on a shelf for who knows how long. When my husband went to ask for ourbag, he asked an employee and was completely ignored. My husband asked for our bag again and we finally got our food and theorder was wrong. There is absolutely no efficient way they distribute their online and in store orders and we were not the onlyones waiting for food as many others were visibly upset as well. My biggest shock was being blatantly ignored after asking forthe food we paid for. I have worked in customer service food and beverage and never in my life have I ever felt so disappointedin the lack of awareness, common sense, and respect not only towards customers, but to themselves as it doesn?t seem like anyonethere takes pride in their work. Only 1 employee making the wings in the back was busting their butt to fulfill orders and Iadmire her work ethic, but everyone else was just floating around. Placed an online order for pickup today at noon and the store was closed and nobody would answer the phone. Decided to run... another errand quickly and stop back around 12:30 and still nobody was there. I?ve always wanted to try Wingstop but wasapprehensive because of all the bad reviews but this just proved how bad they are. Read more
the wait was long for wings but exactly as promised 16-18 minutes. six good sized wings with fries and a drink for $11 was fair.
Wing stop is a good local wing spot. We ordered takeout and the wings were a bit cold but pretty good. They also didn?t give us... any sauce but they were pretty busy at the time and everyone seemed pretty stressed out. One thing that I noticed was great thatI need to point out is that before you receive your order they read the ticket out loud to make sure they didn?t forgetanything. So not all the workers there are horrible but there is a couple seriously lacking in customer service. Orders are never ready... when they are suppose to be and they given you inaccurate times for them to be ready when you are waiting. There is one younglady specifically, tall with dreads who has an attitude every time I come in. One time there were 3 workers in attendance butthey left 1 to work by herself instead of all just doing the orders. Read more
This location is the worst! The wait time is twice as long as it tells you online. Good luck getting someone on the phone to... speak to, they may answer but will tell you to hold and never come back. This place lacks good management. The General Managerwas working and handing out the orders and she reads the entire order to you as she is handing you the bag. I thought that wasbecause she checked the bag before sealing it. Wrong!! I was missing a chicken sandwich! I only ordered 2 meals! So why wouldyou read back an order once finished if you did not check it? I called and waited about 10 mins on hold when I got home andnoticed. She said she would provide a refund and that was over 3 weeks ago. There has been no refund.
