Waited 45 Minutes for food after placing an online order that apparently "never came through" decided to place my order in store... and then their system was down and they couldn't process my debit card. Tried for 20 minutes before asking me to go get cash.Horrible customer service. Read more
I've been to a lot of subways and they have all been wonderful. This one was lacking. I love the strawberry lemonade and they... had none made. Also it seemed like I recievwd half the meat I normally get. I work long hours and look forward to a good lunchwhen I get the time and this subway disappointed. Read more

Went online and ordered. I have done this previously a few times. Got home distributed over $40 worth of food. First bite off my... husband?s sandwich and he got the woman?s hair in his mouth. Disgusting!!!! They need to mandate their employees to wear hairnets. Read more
Usually have an ok experience here, but it seems like when I order a specialty sub off the menu I don?t get the avocado unless I... watch over them like a hawk. They skipped it on an online order I placed a few weeks ago and again today when I was with anotheremployee paying for my food while the other lady finished my sandwich.
