Will not go here again, staff seem to.have the deer in headlights look and not friendly. I got my ice cream and notice that the... staff member did not put on gloves when he was scooping the Ice cream. Then when I got in the car and started eating it I founda very long hair in the scoop of ice cream I got. Gross! Get it together BR! Read more
Went to get ice cream at 7:40 on a Saturday, but the doors were locked and drive thru says closed. Online states they are open... til 8 and there were employees inside. We don?t have many ice cream places close by, so this is super frustrating. Read more
Close this place down! Look at your reviews , yet no improvements have been made in 3 years. Staff is basically brain dead and... no help whatsoever. Inventory is non existent .Took my granddaughter there for the treat she wanted so badly . After a greatreport card. I ended up walking out so angry and she was totally disappointed. No waffles cones, no rocky road, wrong ice cream given to us at the window, they blamed it on the labels being switched. Ordered a cake a few days in advance giving them more than enough time to get it ready, even called the day before to make sure... they had it. Arrive to the location at the pick up time to be told they don't have my cake. That id have to drive to a differentlocation to pick it up. Okay no problem i was assured they had my cake. Arrive to second location they don't have my cakeeither. I mean come on shouldn't the store i ordered from check to make sure it was being made especially after i called the daybefore to check on it or at least pick it up from the store that makes the cakes before i arrive to get it? This is the secondtime at this location i have ordered a cake and it wasn't made its comical. Management needs to do better on their orders. Read more
