It's common knowledge that Chili's is an "okay" restaurant. It's really nothing to write home abt, which is why I was hesitant... to even write a review at first, however the food definitely deserved my review this time. I ordered a curbside meal with myhusband, which was the Original Ribeye Steak, loaded mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. My steak was to be cookedMedium-RARE. I double...no...triple checked my order before I clicked submit. When I got to the Chili's that is only 1.7 milesfrom my home, to pick up my order, I arrived 6 minutes early to pick up my meal JUST to ensure my steak would be warm, and notcontinue to overcook in its own juices. When I got home, ready to dig in, my steak was like beef jerky! It was way over cooked,burned in some parts, and I could barely chew it. Needless to say, I had to give it to my dogs because neither I nor my husbandcould chew it, even cut in the smallest bites. I called to speak with a manager, I was on hold for about 20 minutes untilsomeone told me the manager would call me back in 20 minutes. I never got a call back. I called the next day, and got the samerun around. I emailed. It took them about 4 or 5 days to message me back. I called again on day 3, and finally got a visitingmanager on the phone, who apologized gracefully and made my order right. The next steak was still a bit over cooked, but atleast I could chew it, so I was happy with that. My advice with Chili's on FM 78 in Converse, TX, is make sure you check yourmeal thoroughly before you leave the restaurant if you order curbside, and if it's a steak.....cut into it to make sure it'sproperly cooked. This location does need major improvement as most of the other reviews mention. I ordered curbside and the customer service and... order accuracy was unremarkable, until my mom found a piece of hair entangled in her food as seen in the picture? mind you shehas short blonde hair. Hopefully management is able to right their wrongs at this location because I?m obviously not the onlycustomer who?s dissatisfied. Read more
I mean.. the atmosphere was cool. The only thing is that we stood there waiting to be seated as every employee looked at us but... never even tried to speak or acknowledge that we were there. So we gave up waiting and just went to the bar. Even then, weweren?t greeted until we were asked what we wanted to drink. But after the interactions began, the bartender was really nice tous. The food was pretty good and the margaritas had a good taste but were kind of weak. But overall our visit was ok enough toforget the wait until we left. I don?t live far from this location but I probably won?t visit frequently. Read more
Kindly have to say the customer service needs a mayor improvement. Came in by myself and headed to the bar which had one... customer. 3 servers at the bar, one took my order and totally forgot me . No utensil , no acknowledgement of well service andmore than 5 min trying to get their attention for the bill since they were socializing with coworkers. Read more

This was my neighborhood Chili?s for three years and they always made me feel like family there. Excellent service, delicious... food and great environment to hang out with friends and family. Very clean. I tried the new seasonal Apple Crispers cocktailfor lunch today with my babe. It was delicious; dressed sugar and orange zest. Read more
service was a lil slow on the dine in side and this the wait was 45 minutes at 10pm. bar service was fast and efficient. the... staff was a lil stand-offish initially but warmed up and the food and drinks were prepared well. Read more
Food was great . Wish I could of remembered our servers name however, he was polite respectful and on spot with the service. We... will sit in the same spot at our next visit and if he gives us excellent service again I will tip him a bit more than the lasttime. Recommend this place. Only negative thing I experienced was the chips were a little salty. Clearly not the servers fault. Read more
