These hustlers do the best they can at serving customers. And customers be patient and considerate. Your not the only one... that's trying to get their coffee as quickly as possible. If your on a time crunch I advise you go to the gas station and serveyour own coffee. Read more
Not a bad place. If you got time to wait. I usually have a five minute rule when it comes to at least being acknowledged and... order being taken. This location has not hit that one in a while. Unless you're drive thru. Which also has its own kind of timedelay. I had three employees look right at me and not even acknowledge that I was there. Seven minutes later, the gentleman inthe red beard say he'd be right with me. Then proceeded to quickly take my order. Carryout tends to be neglected unless thereis a bit of a crowd. Some advice. When a customer walks in, a quick acknowledgement and we will be right with you goes a longway. Having one more individual would have helped tremendously. Scooping ice out of an ice bin with anything less than a icescoop is a food safety issue. Especially when it's a cup that's been sitting out for dust to collect on and someone not wearinggloves and has touched multiple dirty surfaces. Total wait time for one coffee... 17 minutes. There was this very... nice young man helping out from out of state I believe that's what he said. He was a gem, so polite with a smile. Too bad hecan't stay and supervise this location permanently. As usual they don?t ever fill up the drinks and had to pay for more milk just for them to actually fill it up. I stopped coming... here for this reason, it?s been months since we had been here and was in the area and thought to see if they changed. And nope!Still out here shorting us. Pathetic Read more
I come to this Dunkin? every morning before I go to work . I always do a mobile order. I have never had any issues before .... Today the staff was very unfriendly . I was told to pull around to the front to a parking spot and wait for somebody to bringout my order . I sat outside for 30 minutes and finally went inside to see what was going on . The lady was extremelyunprofessional and unfriendly , handed me my order and when I looked on the cup it showed that it was done at 9:04 and it wasnow 940 . I told her that my order wasn?t correct because I never get toppings and a lot of ice . And she just stared at me .When I went to walk away she rudely said have a nice day . So now I paid for cold foos and oh gross coffee on . Not to mention Iam late for work because they couldn?t find my order that was sitting on the counter . I wanted a refresher with green tea and got the wrong drink when i pull up to the drive through i try to ask for a new one but... one of the workers was kind of rude.when i try to get my drink re done another much kinder man told me he would make me a newone and that i could keep the old one.
