I usually get the M&M ice cream and they don?t really put a lot inside so I asked for extra M&M?s and I kid you not they only... put M&M?s on the top of the cup. Everything else was strait vanilla ice cream. I could understand if the M&M?s stopped in themiddle of the cup cause I got a medium but the fact that it was only on the top was very disappointing Read more

I ordered food from the app and it took 30 minutes for them to bring it to me, even though the screen showed someone was... bringing me my order after about 10 minutes (so i know it was not an app issue). People were receiving their items before me. I asked twice and they were incredibly short with me. They also messed up my order. Ridiculous. I don't plan on going back tothis location any time soon. After having a horrible experience at another Sonic nearby, we came to this location and our order was taken extremely quickly,... our order was completely correct, and the CarHop woman was super sweet! Definitely will come back to this location! Food wasdelicious. Well worth it! Read more

Lilly is a poor example of a manager, who wants to make excuses for her companies failures rather than take accountability for... them. None of their card readers ever work and while the stalls offer to pay for the app no one can tell you how to do it, theyjust say it only works if you order through the app; if that?s the case, why offer it on the screen. She just kept passing thebuck off to ?Nathan??,? saying it?s his responsibility to handle addressing the card readers. Not to mention she failed to evenslightly address the sarcastic and rude carhop who came to my window. Management here is lacking, when they need to swipe yourcard elsewhere they take your cards and hold your food. I?m not going to trust someone with access to thousands of dollars on mycard for them to not trust me with twelve so I can start eating. I am a very frequent patron of this establishment, thislocation specifically, however I will not be spending money at this location again. Hopefully they can install some competentleadership and maybe salvage that sinking ship. Good team you got ?Nathan,? more than ready to throw you under the bus ratherthan take a general accountability. These failures are the organizations, and the customer shouldn?t be held at fault for them. Read more

(After pushing the RED button, I had to leave the Sonic on FM-78 after waiting 5-min. It was 0630; left 0635, no other vehicles... in stalls. Reason: I saw people inside prep area but no one answered the call.) Beat feet to Sonic on Kitty Hawk Rd, as onroute to my destination. Compare: Within 10-seconds of hitting the RED button, "Lilly" answered in an unexpectedly welcomingvoice. (Positive 'wow!') I ordered #14 on menu (breakfast burrito, tots, beverage). I asked for a hot cup o'joe as my beverage.She apologized and asked if I could wait a few minutes she could brew some up, fresh! Within a few minutes, she delivered myorder with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed to accessorize my meal in another bag (napkins, coffee stirrer, sugar,creamer, ketchup, salsa, AND the omnipresent Sonic mints). A few minutes later, she stopped by to see if I needed anythingelse. Her smile, attentiveness, and attitude definitely had a positive impact to my morning! Thanks for making a difference,Lilly!
