This location always provides excellent customer service whenever I grab a cup of coffee on the way to work.
This starbucks smacks. Drinks are always on point. Staff is always friendly
This is my Starbucks!! I come almost daily however I had a horrible customer service experience with a manager named Raquel.... Starbucks doesn?t give receipts unless you request them. I?ve never had an issue . I she sure ordered 3 drinks last week howeverI requested Oat milk but all where made with cow milk. Called and was told they wrote the name down. I was told I could comeback so anytime. I came the next week and Raquel refused to remake the drinks . She argued Starbucks policy to only remake onedrink. She stated she was going to write my name down so I never can get a remake without a receipt. She behaved as if she wasgiving me a favor. Recently adopted a puppy in July and I thought going to Starbucks to get him a pup cup to break the ice and make him feel a... little bit more at ease due to the cone on his head and being in a new environment.
