Reviews for Subway in Converse, TX
Ok so I never write reviews but today was the worst experience ever. For years I have to witnessed the employees at this subway... location being belittled in front of customers.. this time the owner/manager was yelling about firing a girl because she took abreak... Maybe when not allowed or whatever but that's not my business... I have been a repeat customer for years but I've hadenough I will not be visiting this location again... Employees should NEVER be belittled or yelled at in front ofcustomers..soooo unprofessional which is probably why they go through so many employees.. And this is not the first time....Last time the girl apologized to me about his yelling while ringing me up and I told her it was not her fault... Ridiculous Read more
I?m very upset because i Just went through the drive thru, asked for a specific sub ,I chose a lot of veggies for my sub and... sauce. What I got at the end was just a plain sub that was no where near to what I asked for . This was at 8pm so the NightShift workers obviously aren?t doing their SIMPLE job . Read more

I did a walk in , and notice the store here is very clean , the lady who made my sandwich was very efficient and polite , it was... made correctly and I appreciate her hard work and how quickly she got things done . I enjoy my meal here and the staff . I wouldhave put a picture of my sandwich on here but it was so delicious , I didn't even think to take a picture first, but I did alsoorder these soft cookies that are delicious as well :) Read more
This is what our sandwiches looked like when we opened the bags. We didn't even touch them. They were both ordered dry...no... dressing whatsoever and were somehow still soggy. Then called the store at 8:55 p.m. when we arrived home and was on hold and assoon as the clock struck 9:00 p.m. I was disconnected. We tried giving them the benefit of the doubt from our last lousyexperience and decided to go through the drive-thru so we didn't have to here the owner being rude to the employees and guesswhat they struck out. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!!!! I give them a BIG negative 1 star! Read more
