I am a top tier Google reviewer for the San Antonio area. My husband and I weren't expecting much when we ordered taco bell. You... get what you get...everyone knows that. But this was the worst....and I mean the worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell.The food was VERY inconsistent, and ofcourse we didn't get everything that we ordered. I understand that times are tough forcertain businesses but taco bell is a global chain. GET IT TOGETHER. We got our refund, so make sure you get yours. Read more

Today was a great day and I wanted to treat my kiddos for lunch. They were so ecstatic that we?re getting tacos today but boi... that turn into a downfall. We arrived home and the kids were ready to eat, we equally had soft and hard tacos; my baby boy gotto his last taco which was the soft taco, he called my name saying my taco is weird, it?s has something hard in it so he showedme. I was immediately disgusted???? I can?t believe that the person would wrap that taco with he/she fingernail in it. I calleddiscussing what my son discovered, at first the person was communicating like I was joking but I was being dead serious. They will stand there and stare at you when you are trying to open the door. And then you go to drive thru and they say opps,... come back around to the inside we will open the door. This entire store is lacking in management skills and customerservice. Daytime manager is so very rude. She is bitter and condescending. She lacks real professionalism and care for everytype of customer. Her attitude is beyond repairable. She behaves like this all the time. She needs to get out of the customerservice industry. Her staff is nice, thank goodness but she needs some real help. She seems so unhappy in her life that ittrickles over unto the customers. I feel real sorry for her but her behavior needs addressing. The service was fast but the order was wrong. I got charged for the supreme soft tacos I ordered but they left out the supreme.... Very disappointed, and too far away from home to return and complain. Oh well, until we meet again, señor! Read more

Placed an order online, got home to find out one burrito is missing while 2 other burritos had sour cream when we asked for none... on there. We got back and yes this location remade the whole order, but for some reason still gave us the 2 burritos with sourcream on them. The person those burritos are for gets sick from the sour cream. I don't want to be wasting time and money tryingto feed my family and I keep ending up with food I can't feed to them. I give 3 stars because the people are kind, especially tooffer to remake the food. But still, when you remake it please don't mess it up a second time..... Read more

The lunch crew is so much better than the people that work at night. Got a $5 box and this is how I unwrapped my crunchy taco.... And the chalupa taco shell edges were actually still frozen. I understand that it's only a $5 box, but what is the point when Ican't eat any of it? Read more
