I first want to thank Wendy's, the company for offering a free breakfast to veterans today. However, this Wendy's franchise... was ill prepared to do this. We entered the restaurant, there were only 2 other customers there. After ordering, a few othercustomers came in. Then a female employee, I assumed was the manager, closed the restaurant and told the customers that onlythe drive-thru would be open. After calling my name incorrectly, she gave me my food. I left and then discovered that theorder was wrong, I was given a croissant not a biscuit like I ordered and the sausage was almost burnt. The potatoes were verygood though. Read more

This Wendy?s is horrible, i really wish higher ups would come In and intervene. I know that mistakes so happen but when my order... is wrong every time. They always lol and sound like they don?t want to be at work, there VERY rude. Then when u ask for yourorder to be corrected they act like it?s the customers fault and catch a attitude. We didn't get the correct order but we were in a big hurry. So we took what we got. The lady couldn't understand my husband... through the intercom because she kept interrupting. Otherwise, the food was delicious! Fresh! Read more

I Ordered a triple Dave's combo. The cashier was very nice. Only problem was the didn't have any diet sodas.

I wish I could give a negative 5! This location steals they mark orders as picked up that weren?t picked up! The managers are... very rude. If you place a order for drive thru pick up in the app you will still have to go inside to pick up your order. Themorning crew likes to pretend they aren?t open. When you do get service your order will always be incorrect. If you callcorporate to speak to someone about your complaints they will tell you a manager will get back to you and no one will ever call.Worst Wendy?s ever I am not sure how they are even still in business. Hard no, never again. Drive thru extremely slow and disorganized. The order taker was new, but doesn't mean you can be rude.... Messed up my order and gave me the car that drove offs order. When I tried to advise this I was given attitude. Had to waitextra time for my drink because it was forgotten. Save time and money and go somewhere else. Read more

The only thing I can say is they got my salad right. Once I got to the window I waited 10 minutes. Apparently they were more... focused on the online orders. All I could hear was the guy making food yelling saying he didn?t know how to make something andtalking back. One larger female manager was barking out orders and not doing anything else to help and the other manager wasstanding in the front being rude to some customer because they made the customers order wrong. Completely unorganized andunprofessional. Seemed like it was the managers first day. Bless the girl working in the window trying to keep her cool and befriendly during all of this. If I were her I would have walked out. Read more

Service is poor. Employees are rude. And one employee even banged on my vehicle to get my attention. Literally. The nerve to... handle my property like that. She should be fired. Only a select few their have the capacity for this industry. Always a hit ormiss. Read more
