Being from Minnesota, this burger joint is awesome. The burgers are so big and tasty! I couldn?t even finish my burger. The... fries are great and much better than most other fast food places. We usually like going to this location because the food is good at a good price on the way home. But lately they have been... forgetting things in our order. This is the second time they have forgotten the gravy for the chicken tenders and they haveforgotten our sauce on multiple order when we specifically ask for it. They also didn?t give use one of our drinks if we didn?tnotice. The bag the drinks came is was wet and have some drink all in the bottom, which could have been for the fact they didn?tput the lids all the way on the drinks. Read more
Worst curbside pickup of any Whataburger I have ever been to. Best just to go inside, idk why I waited 30min in my car. Only... happens at this location and me walking inside has caused the rest of the curbside to follow suit. Not sure the reason again andit?s very repetitive. Terrible experience for this Whataburger. Chicken seemed old and overcooked. Messed up the drive through order and forgot an... entire meal. Fries were hard. It's a staffing issue. No one seems to care the level of food or service at this location, atleast the night crew. Ever since Whataburger was purchased, it has definitely been on a downward decline. It was clean. The staff is busy and it's definitely a highway food stop store. I placed my order on the app yet they didn't... receive it as I walked to the counter. I gave my name and sat down. It was 15 minutes as I went to ask what was going on. Theywere running orders to other people waiting and switching orders to the correct customer. I finally got to ask the girl aboutmy order and she said she thought it was ready. She came back and said it was kept nice in the warmer. The ticket was now 30 minold and I asked if I should get a fresh one. She said it was yet it had no temperature and she just turned back to the kitchenand was gone. Texas pride is lost here!
