DO not come to this place anymore whatsoever if you pay with debit/credit. I've come the the conclusion that this place has been... skimming people of their card information. It's happend to me during the drive thru and other people ik.If they give you areceipt from a debit transaction then check your pending transaction and if nothing is posted within 1 or 3 days for the amountcharged then your information has been stolen. Tastes great but is a little more expensive so i dont return as often which is probably.good for my calorie intake and stomach.... Lol. They offer police discount but not military which is weird. If price was reduced or received more for price you pay Iwould increase stars. Really flavorful so you get what you pay for. Read more

We drove a distance just to get Andy?s because we love the ice cream. But?. When we order a large (always a Ozark Turtle Sundae)... we only get our cups filled to barely over a half . Theses pictures are from 5/8/22 . We took my mother n law who had never beenthere for a Mother?s Day treat . We didn?t even get cherries on top. Please correct!!! Read more
First time trying Andy's. Wonderful treat! Employee got frustrated and rolled his eyes because my husband asked for extra... napkins for my 3 year old daughter. Update: because of previous review I left, I was contacted by the manager who gave sincereapology and offered me another free cone with all the napkins I could ask for lol. Best ice cream I ever had.Few topping are very unique. concretes with creme cheese topping is amazing. My every visit is a new... experience. And Staff they are the best. They helped me with the menu very politely and very friendly. Read more
We are weekly Andy's customers since they opened in Conway. When this location opened we tried it instead of driving to Dave... Ward. This new location had poor quality and therefore we continued to drive to Dave Ward. Well last two times we visited DaveWard they have same poor quality as Oak St. Today we figured we will try Oak St again and well, it's still poor quality. Iordered mine with extra caramel and it did not have it and they said "oh it's in there but mixed in". Both locations DO NOT mixthe concretes well anymore. Plain custard in bottom half of cup last 3 visits. I am not sure what has happened with therequality control. Not to mention I ordered peanut butter cups in mine today only to have three bites of peanut butter cup, allthe rest was crunchy outer coating of the peanut butter cup. Looks like we will no longer be weekly customers. Read more
Andy's is a great place to hang out and get your frozen custards. There is a drive-thru but the better experience is to order at... the walk up windows and eat your custard outside. There is no interior. Strawberry shortcake seems to be a very popular order atthe moment. Read more
