There clearly is no one in charge here. After we ordered it made perfect sense why the dining area was empty. 2 different guys... took our order. One guy who looked like he may or may not actually work there and another guy who wasn't firing on allcylinders. Items were missing from our order, glad we didn't order in the Drive Thru. There were no dipping cups for ketchup.They were apparently out of large cups. My transaction apparently didn't go through at the point of ordering and the workerdidn't catch it until we were nearly done with our meal and on our way out. Like I said, no one in charge here!! This is the best and cleanest burger king in Conway. Some of the nicest workers and they always do there best to get it out fast... and hot.. even when there short handed and only have 2 back there they always put forth a huge effort love this place Read more
I love Burger King!! In my honest opinion, Burger King has the best variety and best tasting fast food to be found. They also... have the best prices you?ll find. When I?m in the mood for a great sandwich and fries, but don?t have a ton of money to spare, Iwon?t hesitate to drive 20 into Conway AR to purchase a 2 for $6 couple of sandwiches and some fries at Burger King. it took them 20 minutes to take my order (no line whatsoever other than a car in the drive thru) and even longer to hand it out,... all because they were talking about some drama within the store. i literally watched my order get made and then sit on thecounter just because they wanted to continue talking. i work in fast food as well so i get occasional conversation, butseriously? despite going an hour before work, i was STILL late because of the service. dont get me started on how disgusting theback of the store was. I?ve had nothing but bad experiences here. I?ve been probably 4 times. This time they were closed even though they were inside... and able to tell people trying to go through the drive through they were closed through the speaker. It was 40 minutes beforeclosing. Last time they took over an hour and I left before getting food in the drive though. Time before that went normal.Lastly the first time coming to this location it took almost 10 minutes to order once getting to the speaker in the drivethrough. Read more
The employees here are very nice and efficient. This location is super convenient & the food is good for a quick bite.
