Me and my buddy went here, and we took our first bite and all we could taste was rubber. It tasted like you were eating a tire... from a local tire shop. It was so chewy and do not recommend!! Read more
Friendly staff. Great ice cream but only in moderation. Too sweet for my tastes.
Cold stone is pricy so I don?t go often. Today I decided I really wanted some so I went and ordered a medium. When I got to my... car I felt my ice cream shifting around and proceeded to pull a small cup from within the medium cup. I checked my receipt and Ihad indeed payed for the bigger serving. I went back in and they simply plopped a little bit more ice cream on top. I was verydissatisfied with my visit and would not recommend. Read more

My Ice cream cone had a piece of hair in it. They refused to give me money back. Told me the manager wasn't in so I couldn't... get. I called the next day spoke with the manager she was rude and refused to refund me. Manager said cause I didn't bring itback up there.
