Friendly staff. Great ice cream but only in moderation. Too sweet for my tastes.
Cold stone is pricy so I don?t go often. Today I decided I really wanted some so I went and ordered a medium. When I got to my... car I felt my ice cream shifting around and proceeded to pull a small cup from within the medium cup. I checked my receipt and Ihad indeed payed for the bigger serving. I went back in and they simply plopped a little bit more ice cream on top. I was verydissatisfied with my visit and would not recommend. Read more

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's 12th birthday. When my husband went to pick it up and he saw what he was taking home... he was told, "sorry it's a new person working" if that's what I wanted her cake to look like I would have done it myself. My Ice cream cone had a piece of hair in it. They refused to give me money back. Told me the manager wasn't in so I couldn't... get. I called the next day spoke with the manager she was rude and refused to refund me. Manager said cause I didn't bring itback up there. When I spoke with the employee she told me I could throw it away since I had pictures. Manager still refused.It's an unprofessional establishment. Read more
