Great quality gas station, the pumps are always clean and working. Never had any issues with them. The counter staff are always... great, they often will wave you along with a free Icee if you're courteous and the store isn't busy. Love it. Read more

The wait times for ordering fresh food from their fresher menu are typically too long. When you?re the only customer waiting, it... shouldn?t be so long. Often times they?re out of ingredients but fail to tell you about it. The worst part is waiting a longtime and then getting an order that?s wrong. None of the tables were cleaned off in the dining area. Read more

Generally the experience is fine, but sometimes customer service is lacking. The major flaw is really the Kum & Go app and... rewards system. They like to send you a notification offering a survey in exchange for rewards points. If you take this surveyand it pushes you over their cap of 250, it messes up your next reward. You can't obtain it. It just disappears. I filled up mytank and noticed it didn't give me the reward. After filling it popped up a message saying I have a "new" reward, even though Ialready had this reward in the list prior to pumping. I went in the store to have them adjust it and they told me they can'tbecause the manager isn't here but that they would add a certain amount of points to my account (I believe it was 200 or 250). Iaccepted this compromise. They told me it would take 24-48 hours. A week later I still haven't received the points and contactcorporate. They told me it's due to the survey and it's going to happen again. That is unacceptable. It's THEIR survey and THEIRapp so that's THEIR problem. They shouldn't promise a points rewards system that effectively doesn't work. They gave me somepoints since the others did not go through. However I never got the missing fuel reward. I don't remember the specifics as it'sbeen a while and I had to deal with multiple calls and emails and days of waiting but basically something is wrong with therewards program and app where you get ripped off for the rewards due to a poorly designed app. I've started going to Shell downthe street as a result. Something has changed at this location. Last 3 visits no receipt at pumps. Long lines inside to get one and today was informed... they could not print a receipt inside or out. When I informed the staff this was for a business, I was told the owner will be intomorrow and MAYBE could print a receipt. I've purchased a lot of gas here for my business and personal vehicles. Think I'lldrive a bit further from now on. I don't need the stress. Read more
