I used to love this place. Still tastes great, but avoid their marketing schemes. I got an email offering a special deal, that... did not exclude delivery service. So I used it and ordered a pizza online for delivery. Somehow the order changed "to pickup"and sat on the shelf for 45 minutes before I figured out something was wrong. When I tried to change it to delivery and get afresh pizza they added 40% to the charge and could not/would not honor the original price. So why does their HQ offer specialsthat the franchise holders can't afford to honor? In other words, the food is good, but expect to pay full price, no matterwhat. Update: I was in no position to be able to pick up the pizza so I had asked them to cancel the order. They never did. SoI ate a $19.90 charge and got no pizza. I tried the link the manager offered below, but rather than respond to my complaint, itjust signed me up for more email specials! Lovely. -Update a year later: I am kicking them back up a few stars...I just can'tstay away from their pizza! Read more
I gave this place a great review a few years ago but am changing it because service has gone downhill. The last couple of times... I went, I ordered curbside pick up. After I checked in on the app, I didn't get my pizza for 10 min after it was done and thatwas only after I called the store to let them know I was still waiting. It was cold, but I took it anyways. The 2nd time thishappened, it was 20 min after it was done, I had to call 3 times before anyone picked up and the pizza was once again ice coldand had to wait another 20 min for them to remake my order. I love this place! The pizza is always top quality and the staff are always nice. They may be a little pricier than other places... but they are also way better tasting. Also they never center load all the toppings so you never have to worry about all thecheese sliding off as soon as you pick up a slice. They make their pizzas perfect every time and have a better selection oftoppings than most places. I hate seeing some of these bad reviews its like people have never seen a pizza place before yesthere is no gloves in pizza prep its going into an oven the germs get cooked off and once its done baking its not touched byhands again. There is no hairnets because they wear hats and there is no masks cuz you live in arkansas get over it this placeout performs every other pizza place in town. Pepperoni is good and crispy sauce is pretty good. Sauce was pretty good but the dough needs work. But are the mushrooms canned?... The ones we got are shiny and chewy. Wife wasn't happy with her half. Read more
