I use to frequently visit there. I ordered the Spud Max The potato was OLD and not Loaded as they always were. The Spud Max is a... large potato " THIS WASN'T"!!!! I asked for an extra Ranch Dressing bc there was only one in the bag, the girl with the darkhair wearing a baseball cap, threw the Xtra cup of Dressing on the counter and said "It's one in the bag"! Their food is good, but they have very unprofessional employees, probably the worst customer service I?ve ever had. They never... check the drive through window, I?ve always had to call after waiting for 15-20 minutes. Sucks they are the only one in town. Read more
Their website won?t take my order correctly. After calling it in they didn?t have my name for the order. After I told them what... my order was they prepaired it for me. When I got out of the long drive-through window line and checked my order, they had leftout a sandwich and a side. They went out of their way to make a gallon of unsweet peach tea for my wife.
I got it to go order for lunch a salad and soup. I thought that's in their wheelhouse because they have many different salads... and many different varieties of soup. I was told by a few people that that would be the place to get a salad and a bowl of soup.The salad was supposed to be mixed greens it was romaine predominantly and it was the big middle section of the lettuce. Thetomatoes were horrible. The potato soup was terrible. It had no flavor at all. It certainly was not made at that store becauseit did not taste like homemade soup. Read more
