Really awesome people worked there I had like five bucks (and it was like 930 at night had my two kids in the car who hadn't... eaten since that afternoon..and a really short trailer I was hauling just got stuck at the gas station next door because Icouldn't get out .....because of the trailer lol)...and I was trying to get like a drink and two burgers didn't have that muchto pay for it one of the younger girls asked me how much I needed I said I'm just trying to feed my kiddos and she whipped outher phone used her points or something and I got a big Mac and a happy meal and a large drink. She really saved the night causeI had a two hour drive and two tired and hungry kids. THANK YOU I'll give 5 stars to any one who helps my kids like that ????God bless you!! Read more
Both registers were down, employees seemed like they couldn't adapt to this problem. Rather than put someone at the kiosks to... help, the counter person was trying to fill kiosk orders, take money at the counter (over to the drive-thru registers), sort ofhelp at the kiosks, deliver food orders to the lobby and explain that the registers were down. Meanwhile, 5 different employeeswalked past us as we tried to pay; not one said a word. And someone who appeared to be the Manager walked silently by twice. Thefood was hot and was what McDonald's is. Junk food. Priority is definitely not customer service and hasn't been in a long time. Read more
This location was the best McDonald's experience I've had in a very long time. Most trips to McDonald's is a nightmare. Kudos to... the owner, manager and above all the staff. The were very polite and kind. Did their jobs well. My food was hot, fresh, fast andbest of all (which very rarely happens) it was correct! People are always complaining about these things and I'm right therewith them, but I definitely wanted to acknowledge what a great job this location is doing! Thank you!!! Read more

Horrible. Saw no fewer than 6 cars pull off. We couldn't get an employee to even respond to us at the speaker either. After... sitting there for several mimutes and saying "hello" several times, we too left. As we drove around, there was a younger,blonde(ish) girl hanging out the drive thru window with a headset on and laughing with a car. I'm guessing about her gettingpaid to do nothing and watch car after car leave and hurting the restaurant's present and future business. We went down to roadto BK where the employee was courteous and fast with our order. Food was delicious. Why in the world waste your time here whenthey're too busy not working to take orders?? Oh my goodness. What a shock. It's been a long time since I have been in a McDonald's. Not what I remember. Ordered a fish... sandwich n fries. Out came a kids size junior bun with kids size fish and a dab of mayo. Three bites at the most. Don't forget,I did say it's been a long time. Read more
