My wife and I had Sunday lunch here and it was fabulous! The menu is elegant comfort food. I got the prime rib sandwich with au... jus, my wife got the shrimp in bam bam sauce and we had fried green tomatoes for an appetizer. The food was over the topexcellent. Cost was $41 bucks plus tip for our lunch, so perhaps pricey for Sunday lunch. However, this is a very nicelyappointed restaurant with nice tables and chairs, nice woodwork, cloth napkins and sturdy silverware. Hot bread is served whileyou browse the menu, and it?s a real menu, not a QR code scanned and read on your phone. The wait staff were all very helpful.Our waitress was Calia and she was wonderful. The bathrooms are well appointed, clean and have hand towels rather thanirritating hot air blowers to dry your hands after washing. There is plenty of space between tables. My only minor complaint isthe front door is not obvious from the exterior. You have to actually look for and find 808 Front Street. I suppose theunderstated entry is intended to be upscale. They certainly did not need a giant neon sign outside to bring in a crowd as it wasa pretty full restaurant. I really loved this place and will come back again next time I am in Conway, Arkansas. Absolutely amazing food and service! Waitress went above and beyond for us. We got there 20 minutes before closing and there... was no rushing and the food was fresh and perfect. Fantastic crab cake, pork chops, and Crawfish Ettouffee! Atmosphere isclassy but also comfortable. Will definitely make this a MUST STOP anytime we pass through! Read more
AMAZING FOOD! We started with the steamed crab claws in a garlic butter sauce and they were so good! Comparable to the ones we... had in florida! My husband had the white fish and I had the blackened shrimp and this was definitely a five-star meal! Jonathanwas our server and he was definitely a true professional! Will definitely go back! Way overpriced for what you get, my husband got the blackened chicken Alfredo and it was like they just covered the chicken in... pepper, there was no other flavor other than straight pepper, the pasta was extremely bland and he couldn't even finish it, ourbread that came out wasn't even warm enough for the butter to melt on it. We had dinner at Mike?s Place tonight. I had the Fried Green Tomatoes, the Red Pepper Crawfish Bisque, and the Shrimp and... Grits, which they happily made without the pork. When I told them of my allergy to pork and beef, the waiter said he would tellthe cook to make sure to cook the grits separately (they cook a grit patty on a flat top.) Usually, I can?t get Shrimp andGrits because the sausage is always cooked in it, so I was shocked that they could leave it out for me. Extremely impressed,and the entire meal was just phenomenal. We had a waiter at the bar who was very attentive and told me that the Rock Lobsterdrink was better that the Mai Tai, when I told him that I like my drinks like I like my men, sweet and fruity. The Rock Lobsterdrink was so good, I had two of them. We moved to a table and had a different waiter who was just as attentive.
