Clean place , good service, friendly employees.good food.
I was driving thru to NWA and stopped for lunch in drive thru. First the menu board was not working. I got the spicy chicken... sandwich meal with fries both were cold. The sandwich had so much of that spicy sauce it was falling out the sides making a bigmess and of course they didn't put any napkins in the bag. This was a waste of my money and time as I couldn't even eat thesandwich with the sandwich being cold and all that spicy sauce globbed on it and who wants to eat cold fries. Today?s service was a NEGATIVE 5 stars with the drive thru worker?s attitude. She gave me the wrong order and was mad that I had... the nerve to NOT take someone else?s food. The eye rolls and hateful mouth preceded her need to gripe about me to her coworkers.However, I have ordered from this Popeye?s locations many times and it?s always been 5 stars. Quick, friendly service. If theywill not allow bad apples like the drive thru worker on Saturday afternoon 09/10/22 to ruin their business, they?ll keep getting5 stars from me! Read more
Food is good. About what is expected from this particular fast food chain. I?ve been in here several times over the last several... years and noticed a decline in professionalism. Sometimes employees and friends congregate and can get a tad loud. The lastseveral times I?ve been in here we?ve had to tell them that one or more of their tea or fountain drinks was empty. Don't go to the restaurant in Conway, Arkansas at 1345 East Oak Street, #11657. Restaurant is not being ran properly. Sign in... window said rice was back. Cashier said they were no longer serving rice at that location. No fountain soda drinks wereavailable in dining room. No fountain soda drinks available from behind counter either. Lots of employees joking around, but noone servicing drink machines. Don't stop at this location. Save yourself the trouble. Read more
Had a coupon for a 10 piece,2 sides and 5 biscuits. The coupon was for $20.99 they added to my order and charged me $38 and... some change. Told them I didn't want the other items. They had to call three different people over for my refund, the mainmanager told opened the drawer and said give her $5 we are holdin up the line, I take care of it later and they started helpingthe next/ only other people in line behind me. So of the staff there is really rude! Now I know why my friends stay they havestopped going to this Popeyes! Read more
Ordered Cajun shrimp, spicy chicken family meal with red beans & rice, coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Had to go back to get the... shrimp that wasn?t in the bag. The biscuits were really good! Read more
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I placed m order with no one behind me in line and wanted to change something at he window... and the light skinned girl with freckles or something was Absolutely rude and told me I had to go all the way around to changeanything. Read more
