So the food here is absolutely the best. However, the last several times I?ve been it?s taken upwards of 30 minutes to get... something as simple as just fries. Stopped here for dinner after a very long, busy day. Waited in the drive thru line for at least 15 minutes before getting to the... speaker to order. When I finally did, the person on the headset was rude and kept cutting me off as I was ordering. That alonewas enough to make me irritated along with the fact that she had my order wrong TWICE before I even left the speaker. Then, thesame woman on the headset argued with me about the payment I gave her (correct change) because why in the world would I givechange only to receive change back? There were cars parked waiting for their orders, and me thinking I clarified TWICE how Iwanted the order, I drove away without checking it. I live 5 minutes from this establishment and got home only to find my orderwas still not right. I called the store and a guy assured me that if I came back they would fix it. Normally I would have eatenthe wings and not made a fuss but they were lemon pepper ????. I drove back to the store to find the doors were locked and thedrive thru was still a mile long. The rude woman from earlier motioned for me to get in the drive thru line , even though I'mpositive she was aware of why I had returned. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes to reach the speaker again for the woman tocut me off yet again, and another 15 minutes to reach the window to get my replacement order that was already cold because I'massuming they made it when I called. I work in the service industry so I get there are bad days...my family loves this place butthere is no way I'll give them any of my business again. Read more
We have waited over 40 minutes for our food they prioritize the drive through and have served at least 40 cars since our order.... It?s a Sunday we got here at 11:40 was our order I feel bad for the people who didn?t get here till 12:20. Read more
We stopped to try the strawberry cheesecake jar dessert yesterday. The ones they gave us were full of leaves because whoever... made them was too lazy to chop the top of the strawberries off. I?m pretty upset about spending $7 on a dessert just to end upwith a mouth full of leaves. Read more
Slim chickens has the best chicken strips of any "fast food" place in my opinion. I absolutely love love their SLIM SAUCE too!... Staff is friendly 99% of the time but it isn't Chick-fil-A friendly (that's a good thing). I am a lifetime customer as long asthings don't change. I've been going since they opened up in Fayetteville while I was at college there. Fun fact: my WorldSeries champion cousin, Drew Smyly (Braves 2021), worked at the first Slims location on College in Fayetteville when he firststarted pitching at Arkansas. Woo Pig Sooie! Read more
Last night my wife, daughter and I stopped in for a late dinner close to closing. While cleaning up foyer one of the ladies got... my daughter ice cream and brought it to her. I was blown away how sweet this was and would like to say that the lady and cashiermade me glad we go there often. Oh and the food was great as always. Read more
