Pressed red button and answered immedietly. Placed order #2 with fries and tea. It literally took 10 minutes being"prepared in... the kitchen", and then was told my order was on the way. 10 minutes more pass when finally food arrives. Got home and discoverfries were cooked yesterday or earlier, stone cold and hard. Inedible for sure. Hopefully birger was hot because it took 10minutes to prepare in kitchen. It was cold also. The tea, since it sat for 20 minutes inside Sonic, it was watered down becauseice had melted. Everything couldnt have been worse. Bummer. McDs when in that neighborhood. Read more

I usually try to avoid this sonic (Dave Ward). It?s the worst one in Conway imo. Service is typically slow and over the last 9... years I?ve lived her they?ve got my order right about half the time. On this particular visit I only ordered a shake. It tookalmost 10 minutes and the place wasn?t crowded at all. When it finally came out the cup hand sticky drips all down the side andI wasn?t even offered any napkins at all. The product itself was almost an inch from the top of the cup and the whipped creamwas practically non existent. Such a sad experience. If I could give a lower review I would. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake master milkshake and got a strawberry milkshake. The... number 11, chicken tender boxes (2) I ordered were old. The jumbo popcorn chicken I ordered (1 large, 1 medium)was old?not evenedible. If you look at the pictures, there was basically no chicken or it dissolved. Not to mention, I didn?t get my dippingsauces. Chicken was hard as a rock. My previous experience with this location was similar, but wanted to give it another chance.I will not be coming back to this location. Read more

I've gone to this sonic a lot for the past year or so and have gotten the same blast everytime. I went today to order it and the... girl tells me they can't make it like that. I told her they always do and just charge me extra which I am okay with. Then themanager gets on the speaker and says this is the manager and that they can't do that. So I just drove off irritated. If shewoulda explained to me why they can't do. I worked as a manager in fast food for years and many times I would go outta my way tomake my customers happy and make their special orders the best way I could. Just don't like the rudeness. I really would like tospeak with a district or regional manager. Read more

I'd honestly leave a negative review if I could. Don't come here at night, they get really lazy. When I thought I was going to... get a deluxe chicken sandwich I got two small chicken tenders slapped between a bun. When my husband asked for BBQ sauce theygave him syrup. Half my mozzarella sticks are tater tots and his fruit punch magically became a cherry limeade... it'sdisappointing to say the least, the McDonald's across the street is better and that's not saying much. I placed an order through the app and waited after checking in. After about 30+ minutes, I walked up to the door and spoke to 2... different young ladies. They couldn?t locate my order so I showed them the receipt in the app and gave them the ticket number.They suddenly found it and said it would be right out. The food was cold and they only brought out one of my drinks and it wasone wrong. I had ordered sweet tea but it was not sweet in least. When she returned with my coke, my husband and I both told herit wasn?t sweet tea and she argued saying it was. When we told her again it wasn?t, she stormed off and made a loud aggravatednoise. When she returned I said thank you and she totally ignored me. Next time she can drink the unsweetened tea and then tellme I?m wrong. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING TREATED LIKE IM BOTHERING SOMEONE WHEN I DID NOTHING WRONG. It?s not my faultthey lost my order and then forgot one of the drinks while bringing the wrong one out altogether l. I tried to understand thatthey were busy but being rude is unacceptable customer service. Next time I?ll go to McDonald?s and save myself theaggravation!!! Read more

Normally I have a great experience at Sonic. However this time I hit the red button and it said button activated waiting on... somebody to answer. I have four children in the car. Just stopping to get some ice. I was able to go online and order I had toget three large cups of ice since I could not find where to order a bag of ice online. Still after I did the ordering added anew card switched all the information I had not been answered at the intercom so I just checked in. It literally took almost 45minutes to get three cups of large ice. Do better! Read more

Currently been waiting on a coffee for over 10 minutes. People thst were behind us got drinks before us as well as food. No idea... why food gets out faster then one drink, but what do I know. When I asked where the drink was and we've been waiting for 10minutes, the employee to me to basically wait longer and hung up. If you want Sonic, go to a different one. Do no recommend thisone at all. I will be going to a different one from now on. Read more
