Love the food. I usually get the exact same thing every time I go, but every time I pay it's always more than it cost last time.... They keep raising prices. All my years of subway and I never seen them put the meat on a scale. Not only are they raising pricesbut they ensure that we get the minimum amount possible. Stingy and probably won't go back. Firehouse or Jersey Mike's mighttreat customers better. EDIT: definitely not going back. The best subway known to man. Especially Dylan and Arvil. I personally think that they need a raise. They are underpaid
This is my favorite Subway in town! The staff is always friendly, and they make great sandwiches everytime.
They open at 9am but when ordering 2 diff sandwiches, am told they don't start getting ready untill after 10:30-11am. Why open... at 9? When asked the Manger the young man simply says because. When I asked for a corporate number tells me to try looking itup. I will not be using it again. I'll stick with the greenbrier and amity rd subways for now on. Read more
I love subway. But this visit was very disappointing. They had nothing fresh or stocked. The workers may have been busy but... they didn't seem to care how well they put the sandwiches together. It was around lunch or maybe a little earlier when we went.I was very disappointed. I understand being busy but not having anything stocked and having an uncaring attitude about it isuncalled for. I will update next time I go. Hopefully it will be a lot better. Subway is my favorite shop to get sandwiches at. Read more
On 10/14/22 at approximately 6:30pm my daughter went inside while I waited in the car. I noticed a couple of other people go in... and pickup their food. Which I assume they had ordered online. My daughter said one of the employees started her order and shesaid he appeared to be slammed with orders and he asked his co-worker to give him a hand with the orders. She said the co-workerthen replied "yeah in a minute" and continued texting on his phone. She waited briefly while he was texting and finally said"hey, are you gonna take my order?" This guy or whatever he identified as, then, goes "oh, yeah" and kept texting and messingwith his phone as she was ordering. Maybe it's just me, but if your gonna take a job and expect to get paid, maybe put yourphone away until break time and do your part. The other young man was very professional, courteous, and kept apologizing. Healso, pulled his weight and went above and beyond to cover the other employees lack of interest. I hope the manager takes thetime to read this post and takes the appropriate action. If, I return to this particular location again I hope not to see thisindividual behind the counter, or I will probably be done doing business there. Read more
