I cannot recommend Take Out. My family and I were traveling from Missouri to Louisiana and approaching Conway around... lunchtime. Found The Purple Cow on Google Maps along our route, so we called in an order to keep our travel schedule. I wastold it would be ready to pick up in 20 minutes. I got there about 25 minutes later. It wasn't ready. I finally received ourorder an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes later. So that's 45 minutes after calling it in. I paid and took the food to my waiting familyin the car where we realized the dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries and the dressing for the salad were both missing. Iwent back inside to get them. Returned to the car and realized that there also was no fork to eat the salad. I went back insideagain. By the time I was finally settled in the car with everything we needed to eat and get back on the road, we were a halfhour behind schedule. Nearly an hour had passed since I had called in the order. The Cobb salad was good, and the club sandwichwas good. The kids grilled cheese was far from the world's best, as it was super basic. Sweet potato fries were limp and soggy. I was really excited to try this restaurant after hearing so much about it. I ordered several items through the website and when... they arrived I immediately noticed my drink wasn't present I attempted to call the store as directed on my order and was toldthat I would have to contact the delivery service for a refund or to have someone go back to get my drink. I explained to thestaff that I ordered directly through the store and had no contact information for the delivery service and the instructions onthe order said to contact the store. I was again told to contact the delivery service. I figured no problem I'll have my mealand forego my drink.... and what do you know my sandwich is completely wrong. I sure hope whomever ordered a chicken sandwichenjoys the Five Alarm spicy sandwich that's going to set their mouth on fire. Of course after the "wonderful" customer service Ireceived the first go around I figured I'd forego the phone call to the store and not bother ordering again. Read more

Bacon Ranch Knife Burger with sweet potato fries and purple milkshake! Fun and good. Only issue was my gorgeous burger was not... very warm and we were the 2nd in the door after they opened. But they were always great before! Read more
